Feed pets, refresh water, fenced-yard potty breaks (dogs), quick litter scoop (cats), water your selected plants, bring in mail/packages, and basic home checks (locks, thermostat, leaks, lights per instructions) and more.

No (unless that’s what you request). You select which tasks are included in your visits, and our Keepers completes exactly those — nothing more, nothing less.

No off-property dog walks, no overnights, no heavy cleaning, and no complex medical care (like injections).

You pick one or more time windows — AM (6–10), Midday (11–3), or PM (4–9). Exact appointment times aren’t supported yet; this helps Keepers stay on route and on time.

Yes. You can edit visit days, times, or tasks up to 24 hours before your next visit window. Just send us a message or give a call that you would like to change it.

Visits start around $29, with discounted per-visit pricing in multi-visit packs. You only pay for completed visits.

No, they never expire. Your unused visits can be applied to future trips.

Cancel up to 24 hours before a visit for a full refund, or reschedule a visit free of charge. Inside 24 hours, a visit cannot be refunded.

Yes — every visit is covered by general liability insurance for incidents occurring during an assigned visit. We respect your valuables and you can expect 100% respect and care whenever we enter your home.

Yes. Anyone with property access (renters, homeowners, tenants) can use WhileAway visits (as long as it’s permitted by the Traveler’s landlord).
